International
$58 Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days. 
Customer is responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays or expedited orders placed after 3pm EST will ship on the next business day. 

Ali & Jay can ship to the United States and to most international addresses. 

We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.

Returns & Replacements

Ali & Jay wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be requested within 14 days from date of receipt, unless the promotion states that sale items are FINAL SALE. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.

All tags, including the price tag, must be fully attached to returned items. All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. If you must return your order without our shipping label, we recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Returns Procedure

Please send an email to customerservice@ali-jay.com containing your name, order number, items you wish to return and reason for returning.

You will receive an email containing a printable shipping label. Print out the shipping label to affix to the box and include a copy of your invoice with reason for return noted inside the return package. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Ali & Jay is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside our control such as weather. Ali & Jay does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet that above return requirements at Ali & Jay's sole discretion.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care at customerservice@ali-jay.com immediately.
